A plant grown for it’s amazing leaf colours that are green with brown and ivory-yellow markings and an overall pink tinge. It seldom flowers in cultivation, but when it does the flowers are reddish-brown. Will grow in sun or semi-shade in most garden soils.

Description

 

Leaves are variegated with cream and green, with an unusual V-shaped chocolate-brown marking. Beautiful when massed as a groundcover, used as a specimen plant, or included in mixed containers. Airy deep-reddish brown spikes of flowers may appear in  Autumn and are delightfully graceful.
