Disporum Night Heron

£17.00

Exotic, sultry looking perennial, with bamboo-like stems of deep purple becoming dark green. Open clusters of green to cream, narrow, bell shaped flowers followed by purple black berries. Old stems standing into winter.  ‘Night Heron’ is easy to grow in a warm, partially shaded spot. It makes a dramatic statement when grown in exotic borders, and also as a container plant. It makes a good companion plant to Chinese dogwood, Cornus kousa, which flowers at the same time.
