From Northern India, this is a handsome and unusual plant. Thriving in sun or part shade\u00a0and any soil that is not prone to drying out,\u00a0it sends up many branching stems clothed with dark green hairy leaves. In late summer it becomes a mass of purple-blue hooded flowers remaining a feature for weeks.<\/p>\n
